This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Jody Guerra, a REALTOR® with John L. Scott Real Estate.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site, such as the contact form, the home value request, or a buyer's or seller's guide request, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email address, phone number, property address, preferred language, and your message.
How your information is used
- To respond to your request and answer your questions.
- To send the guide or information you asked for.
- To follow up about your real estate needs by email, phone, or, if you agreed, text message.
Your information is never sold. It is not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you check the box to receive text messages, you agree to receive calls and texts about your real estate inquiry and related information at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
Service providers
A few service providers help run this site. They only receive what they need to do their job:
- Netlify hosts the website and receives form submissions so they can be delivered to Jody.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which may receive your IP address.
Information may also be shared with John L. Scott Real Estate when needed to provide real estate services, or when required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and it does not currently use an analytics service. If that changes, this policy will be updated.
Links to other websites
This site links to other websites, such as home search on the John L. Scott website and Google reviews. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information you have submitted, or ask to stop receiving messages, by contacting Jody using the information below.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
